Payment Method
Polaris Office accepts various payment methods. These include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, and Zip Pay.
For users who purchase service on the Windows app or Polaris homepage, they can change their payment method. If the subscription was purchased in Apple app stores and Google Play Stores, the card information (payment method) can be changed in the app store.
When changing card information, $1 will be charged and canceled immediately for checking card validation. The actual payment will be proceeded from the next renewal date with the new card.
Please note that Android or iOS mobile users cannot change the card information in-app. They can only change the card information on the Polaris Office homepage and PC App.

Polaris Office Return Policy?
Polaris has a 30-Day Return Policy. Returns must be opened within 30 days of their original delivery date, except during the holiday shopping season for items shipped to your home address and items shipped to a dealer. Online purchases placed on or after November 1, 2023, can be returned through January 31, 2024. Orders placed after December 31, 2023 have 30 days to be returned.
For orders that were shipped directly to your home, they must be returned by mail to the Vermillion Return Center. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
For orders placed on the Polaris branded websites and picked up at your local dealer, they can be returned to the dealer or mailed back to the Vermillion Return Center. In this case, return shipping fees will be covered by Polaris.
The Polaris Office proceeds refund only for payments made within 7 days of the payment date. If you get a refund, please contact them with a receipt.
